TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Redox Molecules E-shop

These general terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of Dagmar Horňáková, with registered office at Londýnská 135/29, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No. 76118843, registered in the Trade Register of the Prague 2 Municipal Council, e-mail info@redoxnimolekuly.cz, telephone number +420 773708865, ("Seller") regulate in accordance with the provisions of § 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll, Civil Code, as amended (the "Civil Code"), the mutual rights and obligations of you, as buyers, and us, as sellers, arising in connection with or on the basis of the purchase contract (the "Contract") concluded through the e-shop on the website redoxnimolekuly.cz (the "E-shop").

The operator of the service and the redoxnimolekuly.cz website (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") is Dagmar Horňáková, Londýnská 135/29, Prague 2, Postal Code 120 00, IČ 76118843.

I. Introductory provisions 

1.1 This contract is concluded between the seller Dagmar Horňáková, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and the buyer who purchased the E-book "Redox molecules. The Spark of Life", hereinafter referred to as "Buyer". The Seller and the Buyer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of the ebook "Redox Molecules. The Spark of Life" (hereinafter referred to as the "E-book") via the Seller's online shop at https://redoxnimolekuly.cz, hereinafter referred to as the "Web Shop".

1.3 The Buyer is obliged to provide all information correctly and truthfully. The Seller shall consider the information provided by the Buyer to be correct and true. 

1.4 All information about the processing of your personal data is contained in the Personal Data Processing Policy, which can be found at redoxnimolekuly.cz/zpracovani-osobnich-udaju.
The provisions of this Policy are an integral part of the Agreement. The Contract and the Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the Czech language. The Seller may unilaterally change or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions. This provision shall not affect the rights and obligations arising during the period of effectiveness of the previous version of the Conditions.

 II. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The Contract may be concluded in Czech or English

2.2 The Contract is concluded remotely via the E-shop, the costs of using the means of communication are borne by the Buyer. By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees that we use remote means of communication.

2.3 In order to conclude the contract, the Buyer must create an order on the E-shop. Information on price, payment method, delivery method will be entered during the creation of the order. The Buyer's identification data, i.e. name, surname and email address, are used to enable us to deliver the Goods to the Buyer.

III. Order

3.1 The Buyer may only order an E-book on the Webshop. The order is binding. 

3.2 The Buyer creates an order on the E-shop. The Buyer can change and check the order during the ordering process. After checking the order and confirming that he/she has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the Processing of Personal Data, by pressing the "Order with payment obligation" button, the Buyer completes the order.

3.3 The Seller shall confirm the Order as soon as possible after it is received by the Seller. The confirmation will be sent by message to the email address provided by the Buyer in the Order. The confirmation will include a summary of the Order and these Conditions as an attachment to the email. The Terms and Conditions as in force on the date of the Order, i.e. as attached as an attachment to the confirmation email, shall form an integral part of the Contract. Confirmation of the Order shall constitute the conclusion of the Contract between the Seller and the Buyer.

3.4 Where the Contract is concluded, the Buyer shall be obliged to pay the total price.

3.5 In some cases it is possible to purchase an E-book at a discount. In order for the discount to be granted, the Buyer must fill in the details of the discount in a predefined field within the Order proposal. If he does so, the Goods will be provided to him at a discount.

IV. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 The price of the E-book is always indicated on the Webshop and is valid at the time of ordering. The price is quoted in Czech crowns (CZK) and euros (EUR) and includes all taxes and fees required by European Union legislation.

4.2 The total price is inclusive of VAT including all charges provided for by law. 

4.3 The Buyer may pay for the E-book by the following methods: bank transfer, credit card. Payment is made through the payment gateway of ComGate Payments, a.s. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. Company contacts for any questions about payments:

a) Payment by bank transfer takes place without the use of cards by logging into the online banking or the application. ComGate payment gateway offers several types of bank transfers. More about their overview and more detailed current information https://help.comgate.cz/docs/en/bank-transfers. For the bank transfer, the Buyer will receive payment information within the Order confirmation email. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Total Price is due within 3 days of the Order.

b) Online by card. Payment is made via the ComGate payment gateway and the payment is subject to the terms and conditions of that payment gateway, which are available at https://www.comgate.cz/. In the case of payment by card online, the Total Price is payable within the time limit specified by the payment gateway. The Comgate payment gateway supports payments by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards. An invoice will be issued electronically upon payment of the Total Price and will be sent to your email address.

4.4 The Seller may, if required, provide an invoice to the Buyer upon receipt of payment.

VI. E-book delivery 

5.1 The E-book will be delivered to the Buyer electronically immediately after payment for the goods via a link sent to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order. In the event of technical problems, this will be done as soon as possible after the problem has been resolved.

 VI. Complaints and refunds 

6.1 In the event that the Buyer discovers a defect or insufficient quality of the E-book, he has the right to make a claim. The claim must be made by email to info@redoxnimolekuly.cz within 30 days of receipt of the E-book.

6.2 In the event of a justified claim, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

 VII. Data protection 

7.1 The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy of the Webshop.

 VIII. Final Provisions 

8.1 This contract is concluded in the English language and is valid in accordance with European Union law.

8.2 If the sale is international, the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

8.3 The parties agree that all disputes arising out of this contract shall be settled amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent judicial authority in the place of the Seller's registered office for resolution.

8.4 These terms and conditions shall take effect on 7 November 2023.
